These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the RiCh Living Global™ platform operated by RiCh Living Global Ltd. By joining our waitlist or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the platform you must be 18 years of age or older, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain and update your account information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes, reproduce or exploit platform content without written authorisation, upload malicious code, engage in harassment or discriminatory behaviour, or misrepresent your identity.

5. Bookings, Purchases & Payments

All transactions are subject to product-specific terms presented at the point of purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. RLG does not store full payment card details.

6. Community Standards

RLG's community is built on inclusion, empowerment, and respect. RLG reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that are offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or promote illegal activity.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of any content you post. By posting, you grant RLG a limited licence solely to store and display your content to operate the platform. RLG will never use your content for marketing purposes without your separate, explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content including text, graphics, logos, and brand assets is owned by or licensed to RiCh Living Global Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use RLG's trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RLG makes no warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
